Reservation requests:
A booking can be made on our Homepage or at the reception.
The booking is only definite when a confirmation mail has been sent. Financial obligation for reservations.
General:
The guest undertakes to pay the full stay fee for all reserved calendar days, even if they arrive late or leave early for whatever reason. An early departure or a later arrival does not entitle you to set off against the reservation period owed.
In the event of cancellation or early departure, we have the right to dispose of the accommodation.
Please note that we reserve the right to change the reservation in the event of exceptional circumstances.
Cabins:
No pets allowed !
Reservations can be made up to 1 day before the arrival date, after that only a telephone reservation with credit card details is possible. The guest must pay a deposit of 50% when confirming the booking. If the remaining time until the start of the rental period is less than 14 days, the full amount of the rental fee must be paid. Payment options are credit card, Post finance or Twint.
In special cases, payment can also be made by bank transfer.
The deposit will be credited at the start of the reservation. The remaining amount is to be paid on site at the time of departure. Cancellation of the reservation can only be made in writing up to 14 days before arrival. A handling fee of CHF 25.00 will be charged. The deposit minus the handling fee will be refunded. In case of cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival, the entire deposit will not be refunded.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance so that your booking costs are refunded in the event of illness or accident.
The wooden chalets are available for rent from approximately mid-May to mid-October (see website) There is a minimum length of stay of 3 nights in July and August.
Arrival and departure times:
Reserved accommodation can be occupied from 4pm to 7pm on the day of arrival.
In case of a later arrival the reception must be informed by phone or email otherwise the accommodation will be reassigned !

The written booking confirmation must be presented at the time of check-in.
Guests must leave the wooden cabins broom-clean by 11.00h.
Campers are required to pay for their stay the day of departure.

In case of legal disputes, the place of jurisdiction is Zernez.
