Reservation requests:

You can make a booking request for a pitch via our homepage and in special cases also on site.

The booking for the pitch is only definite when a confirmation has been sent by e-mail.

No financial obligation by the reservation.

We reserve the right to change the reservation in case of exceptional circumstances.

The campsite is open approximately from mid-May to mid-October (see website).

Reservations can be made up to 1 day before arrival.

Telephone reservations are not accepted in July and August.

Reservations for July and August are accepted in writing for a minimum stay of 3 days. (www.camping-cul.ch)

The guest does not have to pay a deposit when confirming the reservation.

Cancellation of the reservation can be made at any time free of charge.

Identification and the written booking confirmation must be presented at the time of booking.

Payment options are cash, CHF or EURO, most credit cards or Twint.

REKA cheques are not accepted.

Reserved pitches can be occupied from 12.00 noon until 10.00 pm on the day of arrival.

In July and August from 12.00 to 18.00 !!!

In case of a later arrival, the reception has to be informed by phone or email, otherwise the pitch will be reallocated !

For organisational reasons we do not accept reservations for specific numbered pitches.

Guests must vacate the pitch by 12.00 noon.

Campers are required to pay for their stay the evening before departure.

In case of legal disputes, the place of jurisdiction is Zernez.

The campsite rules are posted at the reception. These rules apply to all campers.
